Chemopharm Sdn Bhd company located in Malaysia which leading in the business Bio Technology & Life Sciences, recently open a job vacancy and looking for dynamic, hardworking and motivated candidates to fill the position of Biomedical Marketing Job (Product Executive).

They needs some one who has professional skill on laboratory sales, analytical sales, biomedical sales with education background Diploma, Bachelors Degree, Masters or Post Graduate to join them working in Selangor - Malaysia. Chemopharm Sdn Bhd is a rapidly expanding company established for more than 33 years, And now they have expand their business from Malaysia to Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.

Job description or job responsible of Product Executive ;
  1. Develop and implement new product introduction plan and launch
  2. Work with vendors to enhance brand recognition, awareness and preference
  3. Provide competitive and market feedback
  4. Be responsible for reporting to vendors if required
  5. Be responsible for achieving sales and gross profit target of vendor line or products assigned
  6. Build a strong understanding of market - market sizing and growth rates, trends, market segmentation, key customers, user needs and competition
  7. Develop and implement a strong product sales training program for sales channel
  8. Implement market mapping strategies to identify keys customer segments/accounts for different product models
  9. Administer and manage demo pool effectively in terms of purchase, utilization, and refresh
  10. Ensure availability of comprehensive set of marketing and sales tools including updated price list , product brochures, sales data sheet, sales training manuals
  11. Work with vendors/principals for regular updates of these sales and marketing literature, brochures, data sheets, product manuals and training manuals
Job Requirements :
  • Degree or diploma, preferably in biological/life sciences
  • Degree in other science disciplines, marketing or business with relevant experience can also be considered
  • Good organizational ability
  • At least 5 years in sales or marketing in laboratory , analytical, biomedical or life science arena or above 6 years experience in sales/marketing of discrete consumer or technical products
  • Strong communication, written and oral and interpersonal skills
  • Some financial experience in terms of costing, ROI analysis
  • Product line management experience would be advantageous

  1. Explore new markets, identify and develop new accounts
  2. To promote and secure orders for company’s range of products
  3. Building and strengthen good rapport with customers
  4. To meet monthly sales target
  5. Ability to conduct sales presentation and close sales
  6. Follow up on sales leads, referrals and making regular sales/cold calls on potential customers
Job Requirement :
  • Diploma/Degree in Biotechnology/Chemical Engineering/Chemistry/Biology or any other related discipline
  • Min 1-2 years working experience
  • Possess valid driving license and own transport
  • Willing to travel extensively
